1. 负责接听客户电话及线上渠道咨询，准确录入、确认并处理各类预订信息；
2. 根据业务规则与系统操作流程，完成房间/服务/资源等预订的创建、修改、取消及状态更新；
3. 协同前台、销售及运营等部门，确保预订信息准确传递与无缝衔接；
4. 及时响应客户变更需求，妥善处理预订相关疑问与异常情况；
5. 按要求整理、归档预订记录，保障数据完整性与可追溯性。
1. 大专及以上学历，专业不限，欢迎应届毕业生应聘,英语口语表达能力强者优先；
2. 具备良好的普通话表达能力与沟通协调能力，声音清晰、态度亲和；
3. 熟练使用办公软件（如Excel、Word），能快速学习酒店/服务类预订系统；
4. 工作细致认真，具备较强的责任心、服务意识与抗压能力；
5. 遵守职业操守，严格保护客户个人信息，不泄露、不滥用求职者及客户数据。
