1、按照厨师长要求及食品安全标准，做好湖南风味餐厅菜品的准备工作；
2、协助做好各类菜肴的制作、装盘、装饰和存储工作；
3、协助厨师、餐厅服务员及管事进行的相关工作；
4、事先准备服务所需的食品、饮料、材料和设备；
5、清洁并整理工作区域；
6、按计划参与每日例会、其它会议及培训活动；
7、执行上级分派的相关任务。
1、拥有烹饪相关专业学历或1年以上国际联号酒店同等经验；
2、熟悉湖南菜出品的工作规范和要求，掌握配菜的各种操作技术的质量要求；
3、了解食品卫生法；
4、具有良好的表达沟通能力。
