1. 统筹餐厅日常服务运营，合理安排班次及人员分工，确保服务流程顺畅、高效；
2. 指导并监督服务员执行标准化服务规范，提升顾客满意度与服务质量；
3. 处理现场客户咨询、投诉及突发情况，及时协调解决，维护良好服务形象；
4. 协助完成营业数据记录、物料盘点及基础报表整理工作；
5. 参与员工基础培训与带教，促进团队服务意识与技能提升；
6. 熟知菜单、食品配方及其它方面的知识，以向客人推荐各种食品及饮料。
1. 具备1年及以上餐饮服务一线工作经验，有领班或带班经历者优先；
2. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、服务意识和应变能力；
3. 能适应轮班制工作安排，包括节假日及晚间时段；
4. 学历不限，身体健康，符合岗位基本履职要求。
