1. 负责协助厨师长进行饼房日常运营管理，包括生产计划制定、人员排班、成本控制及食品安全管理。
2. 产品制作流程中确保甜品、面包等出品质量稳定并符合标准。
3. 组织员工进行技能培训与岗位指导，提升团队专业水平和服务意识。
4. 协调与其他部门的工作衔接，保障运营高效顺畅。
5. 定期盘点原材料库存，提出采购需求，避免浪费和断货情况发生。
6. 严格执行卫生规范和安全操作规程，维护工作区域清洁与安全。
1. 具备3年以上饼房工作经验，有1年以上团队管理经验者优先。
2. 熟悉各类烘焙产品的制作工艺及设备使用，具备较强的实操能力。
3. 具有良好的沟通协调能力和责任心，能适应餐饮行业工作节奏。
4. 对食品安全与卫生管理有清晰认知，遵守相关法律法规。
5. 学历不限，持有效健康证明，热爱烘焙行业，工作积极主动。
