负责饼房日常运营管理，包括生产计划制定、人员排班与工作分配
监督产品制作流程，确保糕点、面包等出品质量符合标准
控制原材料成本，合理管理库存，避免浪费
组织员工进行技能培训与食品安全规范学习，提升团队专业水平
定期检查设备运行状况及操作区域卫生情况，保障安全生产
协调与其他部门的沟通合作，确保出餐效率与客户满意度
初中及以上学历，具备两年以上饼房工作经验，其中至少一年担任主管或相关管理岗位
熟悉各类烘焙产品的制作工艺与流程，具有较强的实操能力与品质把控经验
具备良好的团队管理能力和组织协调能力，能有效带领团队完成工作任务
了解食品安全法规和厨房卫生管理要求，持有健康证者优先
工作责任心强，具备较强的问题解决能力和服务意识
