负责饼房各类面点、烘焙制品的制作与出品，确保产品品质稳定、口味统一
按照标准操作流程进行原料准备、面团调制、成型、烘烤及装饰等工作
严格执行食品安全与卫生规范，保持操作区域整洁有序
协助上级完成新品研发测试及菜单优化相关工作
根据营业需求完成备货、库存管理及物料节约控制
具有1年以上饼房或烘焙岗位工作经验，具备基本的中西式面点制作技能
熟悉常用烘焙设备的操作与维护，了解食品加工工艺流程
具备良好的卫生意识和食品安全知识，持有健康证者优先
工作认真负责，能适应轮班及节假日工作安排
具备团队合作精神，服从管理，无不良从业记录
