1. 服从饼房厨师长、主管的领导指示；
2. 并能操作各种早、中、晚的面包制作及各种蛋糕、巧克力、饼干的制作工作；
3. 在平时操作中严格按配方比例操作，注意成本节约；
4. 在工作中注意设备维护和保养，出现问题及时反映，及时得到维修；
5. 平时注意食品要整洁及卫生，及冰箱中的整洁及卫生定期对冰箱清理卫生；
6. 准备好每餐前的面包制作工作；
7. 下班前完成柜、设备及工作区域的卫生，整理；
8. 完成上级所指派的各项指令。
1. 具有饼房相关工作经验者优先；
2. 持健康证上岗。
