根据产品标准和出品要求，监督并指导面点、烘焙产品的制作过程，保证出品质量稳定
协助上级制定产品制作流程、操作规范及成本控制方案，并持续优化生产工艺
负责原材料的领用、储存管理，监督设备与工具的清洁维护，确保符合食品安全卫生标准
组织班组人员进行技能培训与安全教育，提升团队专业能力与工作效率
完成上级交办的其他工作任务
具有2年以上饼房或烘焙相关岗位工作经验
初中及以上学历，具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作意识
熟悉各类面点、烘焙产品的制作工艺及流程，能独立完成常见产品的标准化出品
工作认真负责，具有较强的质量意识、安全意识和成本控制观念
持有有效的健康证明，能够适应餐饮行业工作时间安排
