1. 协助部门负责饼房日常生产管理，包括面点、烘焙类产品的制作计划安排、出品质量把控及出品时效管理；
2. 指导并监督班组员工规范操作，落实食品安全、操作卫生及设备安全使用要求；
3. 协助制定并执行原料领用、损耗控制及库存盘点工作，保障生产成本合理可控；
1. 具备1年及以上饼房、烘焙房或中西式面点岗位实操经验，熟悉常用面点、烘焙类产品制作流程与标准；
2. 持有中技（中专、技校或职高）及以上学历，专业不限，食品类、烹饪类相关背景优先；
3. 具备良好的团队协作意识与基础带教能力，责任心强，能适应餐饮行业弹性工作时间；
