1. 全面负责遵化金融街古泉皇冠假日酒店在京(北京)区域的销售战略规划与执行,统筹酒店在首都市场的品牌推广、客户开发及渠道拓展工作;
2. 深度对接北京地区企业客户、会议策划公司、旅行社、OTA平台及政府/行业协会等关键资源,建立并维护长期稳定的合作关系;
3. 主导重点客户拜访与商务谈判,完成年度销售指标及市场份额目标,定期分析市场动态与竞对策略,提出优化建议;
4. 协同酒店市场传讯、收益管理及运营部门,确保销售策略与产品供给、价格体系、服务标准高效协同;
5. 组织并参与北京地区行业展会、路演及客户答谢活动,提升酒店在京区域的品牌影响力与市场认知度。

1. 本科及以上学历,市场营销、工商管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先;
2. 具备5年以上国际连锁高星级酒店销售管理经验
3. 熟悉北京及华北区域商务客源市场结构,具备扎实的企业客户开发能力、大型项目谈判经验及跨部门协作能力;
4. 具备优秀的中英文书面与口头表达能力,能熟练使用Office办公软件及酒店系统;
