1、负责酒店空调系统的日常运行、维护及管理工作，确保设备高效稳定运转
2、制定并执行空调设备预防性维护计划，定期检查系统性能参数
3、及时处理空调系统突发故障，分析故障原因并提出改进方案
4、监督外包维保单位工作质量，审核维修方案及施工安全规范
5、编制设备运行报表、能耗分析报告及维修记录档案
6、配合工程部完成设备升级改造项目的技术评估与实施
1、熟悉中央空调系统原理，掌握冷水机组、水泵、风柜等设备维修技术
2、3年以上星级酒店或大型商业综合体空调系统维护经验
3、持有制冷空调作业操作证或暖通相关职业资格证书
4、具备较强的故障诊断能力和应急处理能力
5、工作细致负责，能适应轮班制及紧急抢修任务
