1.确保达成每月由市场销售总监制定的任务及目标。
2.根据市场销售总监制定的价格体系及相关政策,开发并维护客户。
3.妥善安排到店的公司客人及团队客人,确保客户满意度。
4.与酒店内部进行沟通,确保和内部各运营部门沟通的顺畅。
5.保持对市场的敏锐度,积极分享市场信息,高效认知和掌握销售线索。
6.拟定团队客人的合同并确保顺利回款。
7.代表酒店参加国际及国内的销售活动。
8.准备销售报告,确保市场及客户信息的准确性,以便于工作的跟进。
9.负责完成领导交办的其它工作。

1.大专及以上学历,工商管理、商务英语、酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业。
2.4年以上五星级酒店销售工作经验,业绩优秀。
3.熟悉酒店知识,拥有较强谈判技巧,较强销售技能。
4.卓越的沟通能力和统筹协调能力。
5.优秀的逻辑思考能力和问题分析能力。
6.掌握使用互联网及其它主要电脑系统的知识。
7.了解商务旅游、旅游业国际市场,会议旅游及餐饮销售。
8.能够掌握和理解市场和竞争。
9.必须具备良好的中英文读写能力
