1，参与运营岗位工作，学习运营流程与服务标准；
2，协助部门完成日常客户接待、需求响应及问题处理，提升宾客满意度；
任职要求：
1，2024-2025 届本科及以上毕业生，专业不限，酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先；
2，具备良好的沟通表达能力与服务意识，热爱酒店行业；
3，适应轮班制，有实习经验者优先。
