-同事、主管、团队及部门间互相合作及信任；
-积极参加组织的各种会议；
-部门及酒店员工间应以专业和积极的方式交往以培养良好的关系，促进团队精神的发展和确保有效的互动交流；
-提前为部门建立行动计划和日程表；
-工作中能理解和考虑酒店的全球性在营业高峰时期，欢迎客人并为客人领座，保证客人快速入座，不要让客人在门口长时间等待；
-确保所有的员工都在指定的岗位，指定的岗位清楚明确；
-当递给客人菜单或回答跟菜单有关的问题时，必须完全明白菜单上的项目和提供的服务，并能够相应的解释它们酒店中餐饮部门的-西餐厅主管，负责监管咖啡厅。
-具备餐饮管理大专学历或完成高级餐饮管理培训，2年相关工作经验，具有管理工作经验，或具有同等教育和工作经历；
-酒店管理、烹饪或相关专业学士及以上学历或同等学历者优先考虑；
-必须掌握本地语言；
-需持有本地法规规定的酒水证书、餐饮服务许可或有效的健康证明。
