Accounts Associate

We’re looking for a new Accounts Associate / Accounts Clerk who’s ready to take their first step (or next step!) into the world of hotel finance. Whether you’ve worked in hospitality before or you’re just starting out with a passion for numbers, this is your chance to learn, grow, and be part of a supportive finance team — in complete confidence.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
● Supporting the Finance team in daily accounting and admin tasks
● Handling data entry, invoice processing, filing, and reporting with accuracy
● Assisting with cashiering duties and reconciliation tasks
● Helping ensure that financial records are well-organised and compliant
● Learning the ropes across different finance functions — with full training provided

● A Commerce education background (Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field)
● Good working knowledge of Excel and Word
● Fluent in English (written and spoken)
● Experience as a cashier or clerk in a hotel is a plus – but not required
● Fresh graduates welcome – if you have the right attitude and interest in Finance, we’ll teach you the rest!
