You’ll take ownership of billing and collections, ensure timely and accurate posting of payments, and support smooth cash flow operations. Clear communication, precision, and a proactive mindset are key to maintaining strong relationships and a balanced financial environment.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
● Preparing and issuing accurate invoices for all revenue streams, including rooms, F&B, events, and other services
● Monitoring outstanding balances and following up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collection
● Reconciling payments received and investigating any discrepancies or payment issues
● Maintaining accurate records of all accounts receivable activity and supporting month end closing procedures
