【岗位职责】

1、负责酒店销售策略的制定与执行,完成酒店年度销售目标及预算计划;
2、开发并维护客户资源,拓展新客户市场,提升酒店市场份额;
3、协调酒店各部门资源,确保销售活动的顺利开展及客户需求的满足;
4、分析市场动态及竞争对手情况,及时调整销售策略以应对市场变化;
5、带领销售团队完成业绩指标,监督团队成员的工作进展并提供指导;
6、参与重要客户的商务谈判及合同签订,维护长期合作关系;
7、定期提交销售报告及数据分析,为管理层决策提供支持。

【岗位要求】

1、具备较强的市场开拓能力及客户管理经验,熟悉酒店行业销售模式;
2、优秀的沟通协调能力及谈判技巧,能够独立处理客户关系;
3、具备团队管理经验,能够有效激励团队成员达成目标;
4、对市场趋势敏感,具备数据分析及策略调整能力;
5、工作积极主动,责任心强,能够承受一定的工作压力;
6、具备良好的职业素养及团队合作精神。
