Financial Operations
Assist in managing daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing.
Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenses.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Support preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Analyze variances between actuals and budgets and provide recommendations.
Assist department heads in financial planning and cost control.
Compliance & Controls
Ensure adherence to IHG financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Maintain compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, and audit standards.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare financial reports, MIS, and management dashboards.
Provide financial insights to support decision-making.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and profitability.
Payroll & Statutory
Oversee payroll processing coordination with HR.
Ensure timely submission of statutory dues (PF, ESIC, GST, TDS, etc.).
Maintain employee financial records and compliance.
Team Management
Supervise and guide finance team members.
Ensure proper training and development of team.
Foster a culture of accountability and accuracy.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Expertise in hotel finance systems (e.g., Opera, SUN, or similar)
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of Indian statutory compliance (GST, PF, ESIC, etc.)
