Assistant Finance & Support Manager

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Supporting and developing the team to ensure tasks are assigned effectively and workflows run smoothly
• Assists and provides financial guidance in the formulation and implementation of Strategic Plan, Budget and KPO’s
• Assisting in maintaining high accounting standards and ensuring all financial control procedures are ethical, accurate, and compliant
• Contributing to financial analysis, identifying data trends, and reviewing market information to help maximise returns and support budgeting processes
• Providing oversight and support to clerical accounting staff across key functions such as Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Payroll
• Use financial analysis, data trends and market information to anticipate needs, identify operating/financial issues, and recommend actions to maximize financial return. 

What we need from you

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Accounting and Finance   
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in hotel accounting or auditing
• Professional accounting or finance designation/certification preferred
• Additional languages considered an advantage
