Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring smooth service and team efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction; handle VIPs, special requests, and guest feedback.
  • Lead the implementation of upselling initiatives and sales promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with LQA standards; provide training and support to the team.
  • Promote IHG One Rewards program, ensuring benefits are delivered appropriately.
  • Manage villa allocations and room inventory in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Monitor financial transactions and ensure adherence to accounting procedures.
  • Act as a key point of contact between departments (Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B) for guest-related matters.
  • Coach, mentor, and support hosts; foster a motivated and informed team environment.
  • Conduct regular villa and public area inspections to maintain service quality.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as scheduled; support the Front Office Manager in their absence.
  • Organize and lead departmental training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Degree/diploma in Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar role within a 5-star hotel/resort.
  • Strong English communication skills; additional languages a plus.
  • Proficient in hotel systems (CRM, POS, booking platforms).
  • Strong leadership, guest service, and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
