We’re searching for an Assistant Human Resources Manager to support our HR operations and help drive colleague engagement, recruitment, learning, and people initiatives at Crowne Plaza Kathmandu Pulchowk.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
● Supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department to ensure smooth and efficient HR service delivery across the hotel
● Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, colleague engagement, performance management, and learning & development initiatives
● Coordinating colleague documentation, HR records, attendance, and employee lifecycle processes while ensuring confidentiality and compliance
● Supporting the implementation of HR policies, hotel procedures, and people practices aligned with company standards and local labor regulations
● Assisting in organizing colleague activities, wellbeing initiatives, training sessions, and employee engagement programs
● Coordinating closely with department heads to support manpower planning, staffing requirements, and operational HR needs
● Handling colleague queries, employee relations matters, and administrative support in a professional and approachable manner
● Supporting HR reporting, audits, compliance requirements, and other departmental administrative responsibilities as required

What We need from you:

● Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
● Minimum 4–6 years of Human Resources experience, preferably within the hospitality industry, including supervisory exposure preferred
● Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, labor practices, and employee engagement initiatives
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
● Familiarity with HR systems, Microsoft Office, and HR reporting practices preferred
● Knowledge of local labor laws, workplace practices, and compliance requirements as applicable by local regulations
