We like to stay one step ahead. So, we’re looking for an Assistant Reservations Manager who brings precision, passion, and a keen eye for detail to every booking. You’ll support a seamless reservations process while championing our ‘one team’ approach—ensuring every guest interaction, from inquiry to arrival, is handled with care and efficiency.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Supporting reservations operations – overseeing daily booking activities, inventory management, and rate accuracy
• Leading by example – guiding the reservations team to deliver timely, accurate, and personalized service
• Monitoring performance – analyzing trends, forecasts, and reports to optimize occupancy and revenue
• Coordinating across departments – working closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure alignment
• Handling guest and partner communications – responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction
• Maintaining systems – ensuring all reservations are correctly entered and managed in systems like Opera

What we need from you:

● Minimum Diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
● 2–3 years’ experience in reservations, front office, or revenue-related roles
● Strong knowledge of reservation systems (Opera or similar preferred)
● Excellent command of spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage
● Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
● Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
● Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
● Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
