Role Overview

As the Associate Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing revenue strategies, managing the sales team, and building long-term relationships with clients. You will play a key role in enhancing our hotel's market presence and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

?? Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans.
• Drive revenue through direct sales, group bookings, F&B packages, and banqueting.
• Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify opportunities.

?? Team Management

• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve personal and team sales goals.
• Set development goals and conduct regular coaching and performance reviews.

?? Client Relationship & Guest Experience

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and new clients.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of events and group bookings.
• Promote IHG loyalty programs and elevate guest satisfaction.

?? Reporting & Compliance

Prepare monthly forecasts and business reports.

Ensure all activities are aligned with IHG brand standards and compliance guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
✔ 10–12 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a leadership role
✔ Strong communication and client-handling skills
✔ Fluency in English (additional language is a plus)
✔ Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
