Associate Director of Sales - Holiday Inn Pattaya

Your Day-to-Day

• Support and execute the Annual Revenue Plan to achieve targets
• Analyze market trends and competitors to maximize revenue and occupancy
• Develop new business and maintain key client relationships
• Plan and implement sales, marketing, and promotional activities
• Coordinate with internal teams and hotel network to drive business opportunities
• Oversee group, event, and banquet sales
• Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts
• Build strong client relationships through sales activities and events
• Lead and manage the sales team to meet targets

• Assist in manpower planning and budget management

   

What We Need From You

Skills

• Strong background in wholesale business operations
• Well-established relationships with tour operators

• Extensive experience in overseas MICE business

   

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
