To reinvent the BRR team’s daily workflows by introducing automation and AI technologies, addressing the workforce gap and efficiency bottlenecks caused by surging business volume, this role will lead the implementation and maintenance of technology solutions (RPA, low-code, AI Agent legal platform) and enhance the team’s overall AI capabilities, driving BRR’s transformation from a traditional support function to a tech-driven efficiency center, supporting maximum business growth with minimal incremental cost.
Your day to day
• Build, implement and maintenance of automation/AI solutions: Identify high-frequency repetitive tasks (DD review, contract handling, vendor management and other supporting work for Integrated Quality Evaluation, etc.). Support business requirement definition, data preparation, technical validation and the deployment of automation/AI solutions (including but limited to RPA, low-code, or smart review tools). Drive ongoing maintenance of internal legal automation/AI platform. Build knowledge base and Q&A model to enable second-level retrieval and risk alerts.
• Enhance team AI IQ: Develop and deliver training programs to help team members master AI tools and data analytics, fostering a human-machine collaboration model that translates technology into sustained efficiency.
• End-to-end management of technology solutions: Manage the full lifecycle from requirement analysis, vendor evaluation, scheduling, testing, launch training, to maintenance support, ensuring on-time, quality delivery and continuous iteration.
What we need from you
Education
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Law or Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Legal professional qualification certificate is preferred
Experience
• 1-3 years’ experience in implementing RPA, low-code, or workflow automation solutions.
• 1-3 years’ experience in collaborating with technology vendors on integration and governance.
• Hands-on experience with AI Agent platforms or enterprise AI deployment.
• Experience in legal operations, contract management, or compliance-related technology.
• Proven track record of end-to-end solution delivery.
Technical Skills and Knowledge
• Understanding of RPA platforms, low-code platforms, AI/ML technologies, data preparation and data governance.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in driving adoption and fostering human-machine collaboration.
• Strong communication skills to work with legal teams, tech teams, and vendors.
• Proactive self-learning capability to stay current with evolving technologies
• Passion for technology and strong self-driven learning enthusiasm and stay compliant.
