Your day to day
- Work alongside Field Marketing Services team to support the digital marketing scope of services to drive incremental, profitable revenue and meet the business targets of the individual properties
- Execute and deliver marketing activities for individual properties, working closely with Field Marketing managers, Digital Marketing teams, Global Marketing Shared Services, Commercial, Sales, Revenue Management, Operations, agencies, and other market-specific teams
- Accountable for keeping track of and executing marketing activities including but not limited digital audits, writing and implementing copy for hotel websites, delivering paid media reports & insights
- Stay up to speed on digital media best practices, trends, and tools
What we need from you
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing with a focus in digital marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- The ideal candidate will have hotel marketing experience, on- or above-property, especially with branded Field Marketing programs.
Location - This is remote base role. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $46,226 to$70,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
