Bar Manager

·    Supervise the service and delivery of menu items in assigned restaurant ensuring a high level of quality and consistency.
·    Be adequately empowered to make decisions in various situations relating to guest complaints, staff issues and other coordinating department issues.  Responsible for ensuring that food and beverage sales are properly processed through the electronic register and that all dockets and cash are accounted for in accordance with IHG Policy and Procedures and to provide service to guests as and when directed by the Asst. Director of FB.  Leading the colleagues to provide excellent service to the guests and achieve department goals and objectives.
·    Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.

What We need from you:

• Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
• Wide knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, spirits and wines, and the ability to use their knowledge and expertise to provide guests with an exceptional experience.
