Barista - InterContinental Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Barista who takes pride in crafting exceptional coffee experiences while delivering warm, personalized service to our guests. A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly do:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and tea beverages according to brand standards
• Deliver exceptional guest service by engaging with guests in a warm, professional manner
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and menu offerings
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the barista station at all times
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Assist with stock control, inventory checks, and replenishment of supplies
• Comply with hotel policies, HACCP standards, and health & safety regulations
• Support the team during peak service periods and special events

What we need from you:

• Previous experience as a Barista in a hotel, café, or restaurant environment is preferred
• Knowledge of espresso machines and coffee preparation techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude with a passion for customer service
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
