Do you have a passion for crafting exquisite cocktails or are you an aspiring bartender eager to share up your career? We are searching for a new Bartender to join the team at our world class cocktail bar with the perfect mix of skills to make every guest experience truly memorable!  

• Creating a warm and welcome to everyone and setting the tone for each guest’s experience.
• Prepare and serve drinks to high standards and highlight promotions to guests.
• Set up your bar – stock up on all the supplies you’ll need, manage your inventory and make sure all your equipment works.
• Look after your bar – keep it clean and tidy and make sure the alcohol is always secure.
• Handling cash and credit transactions
• Working closely with your restaurant colleagues to deliver a truly seamless food service

What We need from you:

• Full working rights in Australia without restrictions
• Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking to guests from all over the world, with a warm, welcoming energy
• Prior experience mixing drinks and crafting cocktails, strong knowledge of wines and spirits.
• Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification 
• The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 23 kg which can also involve bending and kneeling 
• A good grasp of reading, writing and basic math 
• The flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holiday shifts 
• Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol – you’ll need to be above the minimum age required
