ANA InterContinental Tokyo is seeking a motivated and experienced Bartending Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team.

The hotel operates three distinctive bar outlets, each offering a unique guest experience:

• Main Bar “Da Vinci” – an authentic and elegant classic bar
• MIXX Bar & Lounge – a modern sky bar on the 36th floor with panoramic city views
• Genever Lobby Bar – a vibrant lobby bar welcoming international and local guests

As a Bartending Supervisor, you will support daily bar operations while leading the team to deliver consistent, high-quality service in line with InterContinental brand standards. This is a hands-on role combining guest service, team supervision, and operational support within a luxury hotel environment.

• Deliver exceptional beverage service and guest experiences
• Supervise daily bar operations, including staff scheduling and manpower allocation
• Support revenue performance and cost control
• Train, coach, and develop bartending team members
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and operational issues professionally

• Proven experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or bar environment
• Experience in a supervisory or team-leading role preferred
• Strong service mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
• Good communication skills in Japanese; English communication skills preferred
