Your Day to Day

As the Beach Club Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full operation of La Mar Beach, ensuring outstanding guest service, smooth team performance, and consistent alignment with IHG brand standards. This is a key leadership position that requires a hands-on approach, a passion for hospitality, and a keen eye for detail.

Your job responsibilities include:

  • Managing the daily operations of La Mar Beach Club, including beach services, F&B coordination, reservations, and guest engagement.
  • Leading, training, and motivating a diverse team to deliver five-star service experiences.
  • Collaborating with culinary, events, and marketing teams to drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Handling guest feedback professionally, resolving issues with tact and urgency.
  • Monitoring financial performance, budgets, and operational efficiencies.

What We Need From You

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a luxury beach club or hospitality environment
  • Knowledge of the local leisure markets 
  • Strong ability to capitalize on local market connections to drive beach club events and generate revenue
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus
