Are you passionate about creating a warm and welcoming first impression?
We’re looking for a Bell Attendant to be the face of Holiday Inn Salmiya, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience for our guests.
Warmly greet all arriving guests and assist with luggage handling and transportation arrangements.
Escort guests to rooms, explaining hotel amenities and features along the way.
Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally, including deliveries and concierge-style assistance.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in lobby and entrance areas.
Support the front office with coordination of guest services and efficient traffic flow in high-demand times.
Ensure luggage is safely stored and delivered as needed.
What we need from you:Young, energetic, and service-oriented personality.
Previous experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel is an advantage.
Basic English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy items (e.g., luggage).
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
