The IHG Summer Internship Program Experience

The IHG Summer Internship Program is a 10-week immersive experience which includes hands-on

learning integral to the business, a formal mentoring program, Harvard Learning curriculum, personal and

professional development workshops, volunteerism, personalized feedback, and ongoing networking

opportunities with senior leadership and colleagues across the business – including social events with

early-career professionals and Employee Resource Groups at IHG. The program will conclude with the

presentation of a summer-long special project designed and implemented by the intern.

A candidate for this position must be a good communicator, able to work independently, manage a large

volume of projects, and think outside of the box to resolve critical and complex problems.

Education

Undergraduate student currently enrolled at college degree program. Junior, Senior, or Masters preferred. 

Your Day To Day

Multi disciplinary support of US Open Tennis partnership.

Experiential: Support partnership owner with key components (strategy, executive updates, cross functional alignment, experiential planning and project management) to deliver successful 2026 US Open

Creative: Support creative account lead and garner full understanding of the creative process from briefing through observation and shadowing 

Social: Support/shadow social marketing owner as they strategize, concept, execute and report on key elements of how the activation will come to life across our Masterbrand social channels
