Kimpton KAFD is looking for a dedicated and talented Chef de Partie – Fish Section to join our dynamic culinary team. If you specialize in seafood and have hands-on experience with dry-aged fish techniques, this is your opportunity to shine in a vibrant, high-end hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all preparations within the fish section, ensuring premium quality and presentation.
- Handle dry-aged fish and fresh seafood with skill, care, and creativity.
- Collaborate closely with the Sous Chef and support junior staff in maintaining kitchen standards.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and consistency in all food production.
Requirements:
- Solid experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, specializing in fish/seafood.
- Skilled in working with dry-aged fish and maintaining product integrity.
- Passion for high-quality, detail-oriented culinary work.
- Knowledge of cooking methods and dedicated sauces.
