Location: Holiday Inn Kyoto Gojo

As a Chef de Partie, you will support daily kitchen operations with a focus on breakfast buffet and light meals. Working closely with the culinary team, you will help deliver consistent quality and enjoyable dining experiences in line with Holiday Inn standards.

• Prepare and cook dishes, mainly for breakfast buffet and light meals
• Assist with food preparation and mise en place
• Support reservation-based lunch and dinner service (buffet and course menus)
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including dishwashing and tidying
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are met
• Work collaboratively as part of the kitchen team

• Experience as a cook in Western cuisine (3 years preferred)
• Hotel kitchen experience in Western cuisine preferred

• Good communication skills
• Bright, positive attitude with a clean and professional appearance
• Strong teamwork and cooperation
• Flexible and adaptable

• 仕込み業務
• 予約制ランチ・ディナー（ブッフェ／コース）の調理補助
• 食器洗浄・片付けを含むキッチン内の清掃
• 衛生・安全・品質基準の遵守
• チームワークを大切にした業務遂行

• 洋食分野における調理経験をお持ちの方
• 調理師としての実務経験3年以上あれば尚可
• ホテルでの洋食調理経験者優遇

• 円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方
• 明るく、清潔感のある対応ができる方
• チームワークを大切にできる方
• 柔軟性を持って業務に取り組める方
