  • Analyze financial information and prepare accurate financial reports, including records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax obligations, and other financial activities.

  • Establish and enforce strong internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure proper management of revenues and expenses.

  • Provide timely financial and operational analysis, interpretation, and forecasting to support management decision-making.

  • Coordinate with Department Heads in the preparation and execution of the annual business plan and budget.

  • Monitor and control capital expenditure and FF&E spending to ensure compliance with approved budgets and justifications.

  • Implement and maintain effective accounting systems and procedures in accordance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee cost control, purchasing, and storeroom operations to ensure efficiency and accountability.

  • Administer all insurance programs in coordination with the Corporate Office.

  • Review and approve contracts, leases, and legal documents, ensuring proper documentation and safekeeping.

  • Act as an authorized signatory, approving financial transactions, adjustments, purchase requests, and payments in accordance with established authority limits.

  • Support recruitment, training, evaluation, and development of finance team members in line with company policies.

  • Participate in wage and salary administration and ensure compliance with compensation policies.

  • Foster a positive team culture and maintain professional relationships across all departments.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and emergency procedures.

  • Represent the resort professionally at all times, maintaining high standards of conduct, appearance, and integrity.

  • Attend meetings and training sessions as required.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned, including responsibilities at other Six Senses Resort and Spa properties if required.
