Responsible for managing the engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel, ensuring all systems, equipment, and facilities are safe, efficient, and fully operational. Leads a team of technicians to deliver consistent service and compliance.

A little taste of what your day looks like:

• Oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules across the property
• Lead and supervise the engineering team on daily tasks and emergency repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire standards, and local codes
• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth hotel operations

What we need from you:

• Degree or certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Chief or Assistant Chief Engineer in a hotel
• Strong leadership skills with hands-on technical expertise
• Knowledge of building systems, energy management, and sustainability practices
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and compliance standards
