Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Monitor and control operating costs, including food and labor
2. Guest Experience
Deliver outstanding service aligned with luxury hospitality standards
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally
Build relationships with VIP guests and repeat clientele
3. Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff
Conduct daily briefings and ongoing coaching
Manage staff scheduling and performance evaluations
Foster a positive and culturally respectful working environment
4. Financial Performance
Drive revenue through promotions, upselling, and events
Monitor P&L, budgeting, and forecasting
Analyze sales reports and implement improvement strategies
5. Menu & Concept Management
Work closely with the Chinese Head Chef on menu development
Ensure authenticity of Chinese cuisine and dining experience
Support seasonal promotions, festivals, and special menus
6. Marketing & Branding
Collaborate with Marketing team on campaigns and social media
Organize events (e.g., Chinese New Year, Dim Sum brunch)
Ensure brand standards and restaurant concept consistency
