Duties and Responsibilities

In this role, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the club to provide exceptional products and services within Six Senses brand operating standards.

The duties and responsibilities will include: 

  • Assist with the membership inbox, responding to inquiries, applications, and day-to-day communication with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Maintain and update member profiles within PeopleVine, ensuring accurate segmentation and data integrity.
  • Assist with onboarding new members, including coordinating welcome meetings, follow-ups, and status updates in the CRM.
  • Assist the Programming Director with RSVP tracking, guestlist management, and no-show reporting for events.
  • Collaborate with the Membership Manager and Club Director to resolve complaints and improve service quality.
  • Act as a central point of contact between Membership, Programming, Wellness, Concierge, FOH, Residences, and Hotel teams.
  • Be a consistent, hands-on presence on the club floor, observing member sentiment and ensuring smooth operational flow.
  • Support hosting duties during key arrival times, events, and VIP visits, interacting with members and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist in providing personalized show-arounds for prospective members, ensuring a comprehensive introduction to the club’s offerings and atmosphere.

Qualifications

To execute the position of Club Coordinator, I have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

  • Posses a minimum of 2 years experience in the hospitality, wellness, lifestyle, luxury service industries, or a related sector.
  • Have a strong understanding of membership retention strategies and community building. 
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analytics tools to track and improve member engagement and retention.
  • Technical skills include Advanced MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. 
  • Familiar with various hotel systems including POS, OPERA and PeopleVine platforms and have knowledge on property and policies. 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English with some knowledge of the local language and customs.
