Club Lounge Agent

At InterContinental Sapporo, we are seeking a passionate and service-oriented Club Lounge Agent  to provide a memorable, exclusive guest experience. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering refined, personalized service in our Club InterContinental Lounge, under the guidance of the Club Lounge Manager or Supervisor and in line with IHG standards and local hotel procedures. 

Your Day-to-Day 

As a Club Lounge Agent, you will: 

Guest Services 

Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for Club Lounge guests, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience 

Provide concierge-style services such as local recommendations, transportation arrangements, and handling guest inquiries 

Liaise with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction 

Financial Returns 

Engage with guests regarding food, beverages, and lounge offerings 

Recommend and upsell premium drinks in accordance with alcohol regulations 

Promote exclusive offerings such as afternoon tea or evening cocktails 

Support initiatives for sustainability and cost-efficiency 

People 

Report guest concerns or service issues to your supervisor promptly 

Build strong working relationships with colleagues across departments 

Attend daily briefings and scheduled team meetings 

Participate in training sessions to enhance service standards 

Guest Experience 

Provide elegant, discreet service aligned with Club InterContinental standards 

Anticipate and fulfill guest needs with attention to detail 

Ensure timely and polished delivery of food and beverages 

Handle guest feedback or complaints with professionalism and poise 

Always maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lounge 

Responsible Business 

Follow correct procedures for stock handling and inventory management 

Execute any additional duties or special assignments as requested 

Adhere to OH&S guidelines to ensure a safe and welcoming environment

What We Need from You 

High School Diploma or a Vocational Certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related field 

Previous experience in a club lounge, hotel lounge, or luxury F&B setting preferred 

Exceptional communication skills and a guest-first mindset 

Professional-level Japanese; English proficiency highly desirable 

Must meet local food handling and alcohol service regulations

応募条件｜What We Need from You 

高校卒業、またはホスピタリティ・F&B関連の専門資格 

クラブラウンジやホテルラウンジでの接客経験歓迎 

ホスピタリティマインドと高いコミュニケーション力 

日本語はビジネスレベル必須、英語ができれば尚良し 

食品衛生・アルコール提供に関する法令遵守（必要に応じて資格取得）
