We are looking for an exceptional Club Lounge Supervisor to join our friendly and professional team. You will have a passion for guest service and leadership, ensuring that the Club Lounge offers a superior and memorable experience for our guests.
Your Day to Day
As the Club Lounge Supervisor, you will oversee the operations of the Club Lounge, ensuring smooth service and high standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Assist in Club Lounge Reception & Food & Beverage Operations
Supervise and assist with all Club Lounge operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
Assist with the preparation and presentation of food and beverages in the Club Lounge, ensuring they meet the hotel's standards.
Provide Courteous Service to Guests
Ensure all VIP guests receive personalized attention and prompt service.
Handle guest complaints, queries, and requests with professionalism and urgency.
Check-in/Check-out of VIP Guests
Assist with the check-in and check-out process for VIP guests, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
Guest Satisfaction & Quality Control
Regularly check with guests to ensure satisfaction with the lounge services and ambiance.
Perform inspections of the lounge to maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
Team Management & Training
Supervise the daily operations of the Club Lounge team, including the delegation of tasks.
Provide guidance and training to junior staff to ensure they deliver a high level of service.
Ad-Hoc Tasks
Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the Club Lounge operations.
What We Need from You
The ideal candidate should have:
Education
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment (preferably in a Club Lounge or Food & Beverage service).
Experience supervising and training a team is an advantage.
Skills
Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English (additional language skills are a plus).
Strong attention to detail with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Ability to handle complaints and requests with tact and diplomacy.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Personal Attributes
A positive and approachable personality with a passion for hospitality.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to adapt and maintain high standards in all aspects of service.

クラブラウンジスーパーバイザーとして、クラブラウンジの運営全般を監督し、スムーズなサービスと高い基準を維持する責任を担っていただきます。主な業務は以下の通りです：
クラブラウンジ受付および飲食業務のサポート
クラブラウンジの運営を監督し、サービス提供がスムーズであることを確認し、ゲストの満足度が高い状態を維持します。
クラブラウンジでの飲食物の準備と提供をサポートし、ホテルの基準を満たすようにします。
ゲストへの丁寧なサービス提供
VIPゲストには個別の対応をし、迅速かつプロフェッショナルなサービスを提供します。
ゲストのクレームやリクエストに対して、適切に対応し、迅速に解決します。
VIPゲストのチェックイン・チェックアウト
VIPゲストのチェックインおよびチェックアウトのサポートを行い、シームレスで効率的なサービスを提供します。
ゲスト満足度の確認と品質管理
ゲストの満足度を定期的に確認し、クラブラウンジのサービスと雰囲気に関してフィードバックを収集します。
ラウンジの清潔さと整頓を確認し、基準に合った状態を保ちます。
チームの管理とトレーニング
クラブラウンジチームの日常業務を監督し、タスクを適切に割り当てます。
チームメンバーに指導とトレーニングを行い、高水準のサービスを提供できるようサポートします。
臨時業務
クラブラウンジ業務が円滑に進行するように必要に応じて他の業務を行います。
求める人物像
理想的な候補者には以下の資格と経験が求められます：
学歴
ホスピタリティマネジメントまたは関連分野での学位またはディプロマ。
経験
ラグジュアリーホテルでのクラブラウンジまたは飲食サービス関連の職務経験が2年以上（クラブラウンジでの経験があれば尚可）。
チームの管理経験がある方は優遇。
スキル
日本語および英語の優れたコミュニケーションスキル（追加の語学スキルがあれば尚可）。
ゲスト満足度を重視し、細部に気を配ることができる。
クレームやリクエストに対して冷静かつ丁寧に対応できる能力。
スピード感を持って効率的に業務を進められる。
