A little taste of your day-to-day

We’re looking for a Cluster Director of Finance and Business Support to lead the financial and business strategy of multiple hotel properties. This critical leadership role will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, optimize hotel profitability, and act as a strategic partner to hotel leadership and owners.

Your day-to-day may include:

Leading and developing finance teams across both locations

Overseeing accounting operations and ensuring internal controls meet IHG and legal standards

Driving financial performance through strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Providing insights and reporting to support commercial and operational decisions

Managing audits, tax filings, capital projects, leases, and asset controls

Improving financial processes that impact guest experience, such as payment systems and inventory

What we need from you

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field

4–8 years of hotel finance or audit experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant controller-level role

Strong knowledge of Japanese accounting standards, labor law, and tax systems

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

Professional accounting designation (e.g. CPA, ACCA) is a plus

Fluent in Japanese and business-level English

複数のホテルにおける財務およびビジネス戦略を統括するクラスターディレクターを募集しています。この重要なリーダー職では、財務業務の監督、コンプライアンスの確保、収益の最大化、そして経営陣・オーナーへの戦略的サポートを行っていただきます。

主な業務内容：

札幌・京都の財務チームの統括・育成

IHG基準および法令に準拠した会計・内部統制の管理

予算編成・収支予測・財務戦略による業績向上の推進

財務レポートや分析を通じた商業的・運営的意思決定の支援

監査対応、税務申告、資本プロジェクト、リース契約、資産管理の実施

決済システムや在庫管理など、ゲスト体験に関わる財務プロセスの改善

応募資格

会計・財務または関連分野の学士号以上

ホテル業界における会計または監査経験4〜8年（うち1年以上の管理職またはアシスタントコントローラー相当職経験）

日本の会計基準、労働法、税制度に関する知識

予算編成、収支予測、財務モデリングの経験

会計関連資格（CPA、ACCAなど）保有者歓迎

日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル必須
