Cluster General Manager Holiday Inn Ba Na Hills Resort

We are seeking a dynamic Cluster General Manager to lead the launch and operations of multiple IHG-branded properties in the iconic Bà Nà Hills, Vietnam. The journey begins with the opening of the 800-key Holiday Inn Resort, followed by the pre-opening and operational leadership of the voco and Crowne Plaza properties—all forming a world-class integrated resort destination. Once fully open, the cluster will encompass over 1,500 keys, three expansive F&B outlets (including one with a 1,200-seat capacity), five large-scale meeting rooms, and will be complemented by a thrilling indoor/outdoor theme park and a casino.

As Cluster GM, you will be responsible for driving the performance, culture, and reputation of the resort group. Your leadership will focus on operational excellence, team development, brand compliance, guest satisfaction, and financial growth. You will be instrumental in guiding the openings, establishing a strong market presence, and working closely with owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals. A hands-on leadership style, with the ability to scale and manage complex operations across multiple assets, is key to succeeding in this role.

Ideal candidates will hold a degree in Hotel or Business Administration and bring at least 5–10 years of senior hotel management experience, preferably across pre-opening, large-scale, and multi-brand properties. A track record of achieving revenue growth, leading high-performing teams, and executing brand-led guest experiences is essential. Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are a plus.
