Based from our Paris office, you will play a key role and partner with our Directors of Commercial to turn strategy into on‑property results across sales, marketing, distribution and PR. If you excel at coordinating people, processes and performance, this is your chance to make a measurable impact on both new openings and established hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

Roll out and embed new commercial tools and processes, working alongside regional leaders and cross‑functional teams.
Continuously review the performance of assigned franchise and managed properties, driving actions aligned with Europe‑wide priorities.
Track adoption of commercial platforms and SOPs, sharing best practices to maximise impact.
Coordinate the commercial agenda for hotel openings and conversions, ensuring seamless communication between property and above‑property teams.
Lead and prepare business reviews, monitor post‑opening ramp‑up and guide hotel teams on revenue‑driving strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

Senior sales & marketing experience with an international hotel brand, plus strong project‑management credentials.
Proven ability to juggle multiple initiatives, meet deadlines and rally cross‑functional stakeholders.
Deep understanding of Europe’s diverse markets and IHG systems, turning insights into commercial outcomes.
Creative, culturally aware problem‑solver who builds credible relationships and influences at every level.
Task‑force or opening experience, with a track record of driving tool and SOP adoption to deliver performance.
