WHAT WILL I ACTUALLY BE DOING?

You already told us that you are passionate and creative by nature, with an appetite for hard work and we have plenty on the menu for you, so you will feel perfectly at home in this team.

Regarding the role, it’s as the job title says really, you will be supporting the Chef de Partie - Bakery and cooking up a storm in our kitchen providing the most mouth-watering dishes in the area.

Job Responsible:

  1. Assist in preparing breads, viennoiserie, pastries, and desserts for multiple outlets

  2. Follow precise recipes and presentation standards set by Executive Pastry Chef

  3. Prepare mise en place for buffet, à la carte, and banquet operations

  4. Ensure consistent quality and plating for luxury presentation

  5. Assist in large-scale production for events and functions

  6. Maintain strict HACCP, hygiene, and food safety standards

  7. Support inventory control and proper storage of ingredients

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 A focused individual with passion, personality, individuality, integrity, creativity and drive for continuous improvement.  

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU?

  1. Diploma in Pastry/Bakery or Culinary Arts preferred

  2. Internship or hotel experience is an advantage

  3. Strong understanding of classic and modern pastry techniques

  4. High attention to detail and presentation

  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment

  6. Strong knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP, and kitchen safety standards

  7. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  8. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

  9. Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn

  10. Good time management and organizational skills
