We are seeking a personable, organized, and service-oriented Concierge Supervisor to lead our concierge team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the concierge desk, assist guests with inquiries and requests, and coordinate with other departments to deliver a seamless and memorable stay. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, extensive local knowledge, and a passion for hospitality.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Supervise and support the concierge team, ensuring high standards of guest service are consistently met.
  • Train new concierge staff and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and handle complex or escalated guest requests.
  • Maintain current knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, transportation options, and cultural events.
  • Coordinate guest services such as transportation, dining reservations, event tickets, and special requests.
  • Monitor daily operations and staffing levels at the concierge desk to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Collaborate with front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
  • Track guest preferences and feedback to improve service offerings and personalize guest experiences.
  • Ensure all concierge activities and guest interactions comply with hotel policies and brand standards.
  • Prepare reports on guest services, requests, and staff performance as required.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Previous experience as a hotel concierge or guest services agent, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a guest-first mindset.
  • Knowledge of local attractions, transportation, and entertainment options.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
