1、指导和监督餐厅的日常工作，保证经营业务的正常进行。
2、负责制打服务质量标准与服务程序。巡视检查各项工作的具体实施，纠正不符合规范的行为，改进服务方法与态度。
3、组织安排员工的工作，监督制定排班表，招聘新员工，制订培训计划。
4、评估员工的工作表现，保证执行各项规章制度，解决有关问题。
5、发展良好的客际关系，为客人进行特殊服务，处理客人投诉。
6、负责营业额、经费及劳动成本的预算工作。
7、撰写菜肴推销方案，利用纯熟的推销技巧做好促销工作。
8、协调餐厅与厨房之间的关系，及时反馈信息，建立以客人为中心的服务意识。
9、以上部门经理安排的其他工作等。
1、 大专以上学历，管理类或相关专业；
2、工作经验3年；具有餐饮行业的从业背景，对该领域发展有深刻理解；
3、具备很强的策划能力，熟悉各类媒体运作方式，有大型市场活动推广成功经验；
4、具有敏感的商业和市场意识，分析问题及解决问题能力强；
5、具备良好的沟通合作技巧及丰富的团队建设经验；
6、熟悉酒类知识，会调酒；
7、会韩语者优先考虑。
