Role Purpose

This role serves as the Subject Matter Expert and provides support to the GCA/GSFO team. This role will lead, initiate projects, and handle various Global Sales initiatives such as the GDS Viewership Project, Multiple Alternate Rates, Corporate Gold, and audits. This role will be responsible for handling the CV and NHOP offline processes and discussing critical enhancements needed to support the various Corporate Sales Programs such as Corporate Gold and IHG Business Edge. This role will also handle Robotic Process Automation (RPA), taking charge of and initiating cases related to automation. This role will be responsible for identifying system issues, liaising with GT and the Product Team on defects and enhancements, creating GS Intakes, and identifying trends.

 

Administrative & Leadership

  • Lead and initiate audits and projects to adequately support initiatives for the Global Sales Strategy, Commercial, Distribution, and Revenue Management teams.
  • Liaise with Associate Managers to ensure all training materials are documented, kept up to date, and reflect the latest processes and system changes.
  • Responsible for the development, maintenance, and updating of all GCA/GSFO documents covering the end-to-end process.
  • Provide the necessary refresher and ad hoc trainings to support the GCA/GSFO team.
  • Support the Senior Manager and Associate Managers in onboarding new team members, ensuring the right people are in place to deliver on the IHG Vision.

 

Strategic Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain all Robotics Process Automation (RPA) workflows - such as Alternate Rate, GDS RPA viewership, and audit processes - ensuring requirements are developed in accordance with specific business needs when new systems or channels are added.

 

Physical Requirements

  • Work Schedule: Graveyard shift aligned with the AMER (Americas) region time zone.
