The secret ingredient in every single dish served in our restaurants is a pinch of hard work behind the scenes. We’re looking for a Cook to help our chefs make every dish memorable by setting and maintaining exceptional standards in our kitchens.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
● Prepare and cook food items according to standard recipes, quality guidelines, and presentation standards.
● Assist in mise en place, including chopping, marinating, portioning, and basic food preparation.
● Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and plating during all service periods
● Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment.
● Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
● Support smooth kitchen operations by coordinating with team members during busy service periods.
● Monitor stock levels, minimize wastage, and handle ingredients properly.
What We need from you:
● Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment preferred
● Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours.
● Strong Strong Strong teamwork and communication skills.
● Attention to detail and passion for food quality and presentation.
