In this role, you’ll work on real projects that influence guest experience, commercial performance, and operational excellence. Your day to day

Support regional projects focused on improving restaurant and bar performance, including menu reviews and competitor insights
Assist with the rollout of initiatives designed to enhance guest experience and drive revenue across multiple hotels
Coordinate with teams to track project progress, gather feedback, and support implementation across locations
Help organise and manage stakeholder meetings, communications, and follow-ups for key initiatives
Contribute to ongoing analysis and insights that help refine processes and improve operational outcomes

What we need from you

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
